Замена глючного Киндла

У меня уже 2.5 года Kindle Keyboard. В последнее время он начал гючить, батарейка быстро кончается, требует частые перезагрузки и т.д.
Я решил пожаловаться в Амазон особенно напирая, что батарейка быстро кончается, а с неполной батарейкой начинаются глюки.
Меня выслушали и предложили выслать мне новый Киндл, вместо старого. Я попросил Kindle Paperwhite, но мне отказали.
Примерно через час после разговора с поддержкой Киндла, мне пришло такое письмо:


Hello Michael,

I'm sorry your Kindle isn't working. I'm sending you a replacement Kindle via Priority International Courier to get it to you as soon as possible.

Here's some information about how your order was placed to avoid any delays in customs:

I created the replacement order with charges using a gift certificate balance I applied to your account. No charge was placed on your credit card.

Here's your replacement order information:

Estimated Delivery Date: Mar. 22, 2013 - Mar. 27, 2013

Please don't modify the replacement order in Your Account, as that may delay the replacement shipment.
